Brand: Kumon. Service: Influencer Marketing.
Tutoring service, Kumon, tasked us with heightening awareness of the Kumon service in New Zealand.
WE NEEDED TO:
Educate audiences on why Kumon is different and the advantages of giving it a go.
Make people aware of free trials.
Inspire the New Zealand audience to find out more and consider trying the service themselves.
We worked with Mum influencers within New Zealand, giving them the opportunity to try the service with their children for two weeks.
We then asked all influencers to document their experience and talk about it within the content they created. They did this over two content sets that looked to cover the start of the trial and then further into the trial with an update on their child’s progress.
All content then included a call to action, leading to a landing page that enabled consumers to redeem a free trial at Kumon.
RESULTS:
4x influencers, 8x Instagram posts, 41x story frames (above the contracted outputs)
149,056 total reach and 188,715 total impressions
1,363 post engagements, 45 of which were saves/shares, 111 of which were visits to the Kumon website, 265 were Kumon Instagram profile views and 438 were promotion clicks (leading to the Kumon landing page)
562 actions taken from stories, 520 of which were Kumon website visits
378 free trial enquiries
1.75% post engagement rate (industry standard is between 1-2%)
