House of Travel came to us to help re-educate audiences on the services they provide as well as draw attention to a specific location partner, Destination Gold Coast.

House of Travel wanted to showcase all the amazing things there are to do in the Gold Coast. The challenge was to appeal to people outside of the normal Gold Coast audiences. We wanted to show off the restaurants, activities and scenery and stay away from the theme parks and family activities usually associated with the Gold Coast.

The ultimate goal was to drive people to a Hose of Travel landing page that offered a special deal with QT hotels in the Gold Coast.

RESULTS:

  • 1x influencer, 2x Instagram posts/reels, 29x Instagram story frames.

  • 346,334 total reach and 351,747 total impressions.

  • 7,429 engagements/actions, 1,650 of which were visits to the HOT deal landing page, 2,554 were HOT IG profile views, 1,125 were QT Gold Coast IG profile views, 90 were Destination Gold Coast IG profile views and 263 were visits to the IG profiles of other providers (restaurants, activities etc). 82.68% story completion rate, 53 replies, 42 shares.

  • 5.10% post engagement rate (industry standard is between 1-2%).
